Your phone system runs on the network we own and monitor. No separate carrier to chase when a call drops. Pick the bundle that fits your headcount, then add Call Paths for the number of calls you need to happen at once.
First, the one thing that decides your bill: Call Paths
A Call Path is one phone line, one live conversation. It is not the same as an extension.
Extensions are your people and desks. Call Paths are how many calls can happen at the exact same moment. Think of it like a highway: extensions are the destinations, Call Paths are the lanes that let calls flow in and out. Adding extensions does not widen the road. Only Call Paths do.
If you have 50 employees but 5 Call Paths, only 5 calls can be active across the whole company at once. The other 45 people hit a busy signal or cannot dial out until a path frees up. Most businesses size Call Paths to their busiest call moment, not their headcount.

Internet pricing depends on speed, the technology available at your address, and current promotions, so a fixed table would be out of date or wrong the day you read it. We quote it per location. Because we are our own ISP, moving your circuits onto the same infrastructure as your voice and IT usually lowers your total spend.
